DESIGNER CONTRACTS NAMES ITS FUTURE GROWTH MOVERS AND SHAKERS

Designer Contracts has announced two senior promotions along with a raft of new appointments and further promotions among its 300-strong workforce.

Lee Hassett, who joined Designer Contracts as a project executive seven years ago, has been promoted from divisional director to group operations director. Taking on the role of divisional director is Neil Lloyd.

Neil, who was previously a self-employed floor layer, has worked with the company for nearly nine years, rising from customer service manager to area manager and regional manager for the South Midlands area. When not working, he enjoys fishing.

Said md Peter Kelsey: “These two senior appoints were part of a wider strategic review to align our ever-evolving workforce with the needs of the future. We’re delighted to recognise the hard work and achievements of Lee and Neil with much deserved promotions, along with a number of further promotions and new appointments across the company which all ensure Designer Contracts is in a stronger position than ever to take the company forward”.

Promotions around the company’s network of regions see Craig Wilson appointed as senior contracts manager in Yorkshire. Craig started working for Designer Contracts in 2018 in an admin/warehouse role and has since risen through the ranks as a senior admin manager and operations manager.

Craig Pearcey becomes the new area manager for Thames Medway after joining the company in 2024 as a senior contracts manager. And Stephen Miles, who started with the company as a project manager for Western Counties in 2024 has been promoted to senior contracts manager.
