KidsOut children’s charity has awarded Designer Contracts, the UK’s largest flooring contractor ‘Outstanding Supporter’ for its dedication and commitment to helping disadvantaged children.
Designer Contracts has been a faithful supporter of the charity over the past five years and has been a main sponsor for its Cardiff events, donating £3,000 in 2015 at the city’s first Question of Trivia.
KidsOut in partnership with Kingston Rotary Club takes up to 25,000 disadvantaged children on a day out to attractions across the UK. This year will mark the 25th anniversary of its long and proud history.
Said Peter Kelsey, md at Designer Contracts: “We are delighted to be able to support such a worthy cause. We wanted to get involved because such a small amount of money can really help bring fun and happiness into the lives of disadvantaged children.”
Designer Contracts has fully staffed offices and warehousing in 12 regions across the UK. As well as flooring, the company supplies curtain, blind, furniture and lighting packs and has a full show home interior design service.
